Hii today let’s talk about something, no facts, no truths just some of her day-to-day life things. You know she is trying to be bold in front of everyone, but eventually, she is not and now she is just fed up with faking around.
So, at times she is happy, and at other times she feels miserable.
Sometimes all she wants is to be surrounded by lots of people and the rest of the time she wants to lock herself in and be with herself.
Today, she is full of learnings which are the lessons from her real life not from some of the theories or any reel or movies that we say.
Come let’s go, today I will give you a ride of how her anxieties and panic attacks are.
Oh yes, first of all, she suffers a lot from severe anxiety and panic attacks, now I will lead your way towards them like how she feels whenever she faces it.
First of all, it's okay to suffer from them, the only thing is you should always know that depression or anxiety is not the end of everything, a lot of beautiful things are waiting for you.
She suffered a lot from it, feeling suffocated, having breathing problems, and biting lips or nails were some of her common physical symptoms.
Apart from that, crying all night alone, not feeling good around new people, failing to accept changes, and feeling lost were some more mental sufferings.
I don’t know if you know it or not, but this is a really difficult phase to pass and even more difficult to accept that you are suffering from it.
It's very obvious that we all learn a lot of things from our surroundings and our everyday life, and so is she, taking everything very positively, she cried even more than usual or sometimes she felt irritated more than usual but understanding that it’s a phase which will eventually pass all she did was, she kept herself very busy in one or the other thing, instead of humans she became friends with books because she felt that no matter what they will never ditch her, she started to write sometimes, so that whenever she felt low she was able to pen down her emotions, she started to go on walks lone, which helped her to find new routes in situations of getting lost.
Having mental imbalance is quite acceptable but taking it as a reason to escape from any responsibility is something which can never be accepted.
She never made anyone even realise how she felt or what she was going through, taking all her pains deep inside she just put every step walking in the direction of happiness.
Her happiness eventually meant for herself and her family.
All though she was going through a rough time for now, she knew that it was also a phase that she would pass on and she is working every day.
Once someone told her “Think of all, but live for yourself” Not always everyone will be there to judge you, in the very end you will be left with yourself for explanations of everything that you have done the whole of your life. So, all she focuses on is passing this phase and standing up for herself, so that she can feel proud in the near future if she has to give answers to herself of what she did throughout.
